We have all the up-to-date medical technology knowledge and skills you need to excel in this area.
Also, to equip our talents with the tools to face job interviews for the first time, our training includes undergoing pre-interview sessions to help them gain confidence and have a clear vision of their future. One example is that we have invited Canon Medical System Malaysia to share some industry insights on the expectation of the industry and company. This information will help our talents to secure their internship and gain industrial exposure.
The training organized by HES Asia is certified by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). We provide a certificate of training upon program completion.

Graduate Employability Program (GEP)
In light of the ever-changing healthcare environment around the world, HES Asia understands the importance of preparing graduates with the right technical and social skills to satisfy the current demand of employers.
Our program helps graduates to develop the necessary capabilities to become more competitive. The skillsets include upskilling, exposure to real-life scenarios, attending industrial talks, visiting healthcare facilities, improving presentation skills, and so on.
We have identified 5 soft skills as the missing element in our graduates, hence, this program will focus more on improving graduates’ ability and work consistency, setting them apart in today’s job market; communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving, creative thinking, and emotional intelligence.
This program is supported by Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE).

Biomedical Technical Competency Program (BTCP)
The BTCP program was designed to assist biomedical technical personnel and engineers in developing their electrical and technical skills in their day-to-day practice. This program will deepen the participants’ understanding on anatomy and physiology of human body, biomedical equipment principles, applications, codes of practice and maintenance procedures, the safety testing of electrical medical equipment, to equip participants with knowledge on the regulatory requirement of the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737), as well as providing participants with a basic understanding of the healthcare industry.
Healthcare Management Training Program (HMTP)
Besides technical training, we also offer healthcare management training to help improve participants’ capability in administration and business duties.
The training includes customer service and feedback management, staff administration, service quality assurance, as well as related business courses, interpersonal and leadership skills.
